I recently said I switched my voter registration from Libertarian to Republican. But this is giving me second thoughts:

[Libertarian presidential candidate Michael Badnarik proposed] to blow up the U.N. building on the eighth day of his administration, after giving the building's occupants a chance to evacuate.

Sadly, no milkshake for me.

I was kind of kidding about having second thoughts of switching to the LP. I also don't really support blowing up the U.N. building. It's just venting.

I was wondering who the first person to take me seriously would be.

Well, there is the "somesuch" clause, and I don't really like Libertarians anyway. So maybe I'll buy you a milkshake next time I see you, if I have excess capital, so to speak.

However, you come out with ridiculous opinions a lot. You really can't blame me for taking you at least a little serious.

The UN has a nice building. Next time you're in NYC, you should take the tour.

Well I mean, I thought the "somesuch" referred to some other form of opposition to Badnarik. While I do oppose Badnarik, I was voicing support for this particular anti-U.N. sentiment.

But I'm not trying to discourage you from buying me a milkshake.
